Advertising Terms and Conditions

 

The following terms and conditions apply to all advertising materials supplied for placement on our networks.

 

1. No contents which is or could reasonably be expected to be unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, profane or indecent, including and without limitation any material constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law;

 

2. No material which violates or infringes or could reasonably be expected to violate or infringe upon the rights of any other organizations or person, including materials which is protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;

 

3. No material that you know or reasonably ought to know to be false, misleading or deceptive;

 

4. Nothing that constitutes an invasion of any privacy or publicity rights;

 

5. No material which is racially or religiously vilifies, incites violence or hatred or is likely to offend, insult or humiliate others based on gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation or any other physical or mental disability;

 

6. You agree that you are responsible for the accuracy of the material that you submit,

 

7. You will not upload harmful material and will not delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.
   
   

You acknowledge that you are responsible for the material that you submit, and you, not NetForce Marketing and its related entities, have full responsibility for the material you submit, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright. By submitting your marketing material, you agree to have read and understood the NetForce Marketing’s advertising terms and conditions.

 

All listings in our network are reviewed before placement, NetForce Marketing reserves the rights to refuse any advertising material it deems not in accordance with its terms and conditions of advertising. The payment of unapproved placement will be refunded less any third party transition or bank charges.

 

NetForce Marketing retains the right to terminate your account and remove your content if we believe you are abusing the service or breaching any of these terms or conditions.

NetForce Marketing and its related entities reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting of any materials which violate any applicable or relevant law, and in doing so you consent to us collecting and storing your IP address and other details you provide us.

 

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless NetForce Marketing and its related entities against liabilities, claims, loss (including consequential loss) or damage incurred as a result of material you post or as a result of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.
