1. Are there any charges set up an account?
No, it is free to setup an account. It is also free to add one article for the free one month trial.
 
2. How do I sign up?
Please visit http://www.netforcemarketing.com and click on the “join now” button and fill in the required fields. You will receive an email, click on the link and activate your account. If you do not receive an email please double check that the correct email address was provided.
 
3. How do I add an article?
Log in to http://www.netforcemarketing.com and click on “Place Your Article”. Fill out the appropriate fields. Remember to add alternative versions of your article to maximise exposure.
 
4. Can I edit an article that I have added?
Yes, you can edit an article at any time. However, your article will be inactive until the changes have been approved by Netforce.
 
5. How do I know which sites my article has been posted on?
Log in to your account and under the article you want to know about, click on the “Host Websites” link. This will list the websites that the article is posted on and give you links to that site.
 
6. Can I post my article on additional websites?
You can only add additional sites that your article is posted on when you renew your subscription.
 
7. Can I add more than one URL?
Yes you can add more than one URL by adding more articles but you are only allowed to use one free month trial. You can also add up to 10 versions of each article for a URL to maximise the content exposed.
 
8. How can I maximise the effect of my article?
Make sure that your article contains as many keywords that relate to your products and services as possible and utilise the availability of the 10 versions.
 
9. Why should I add more versions?
More versions equals more content and keywords that can be posted. These versions will be randomly displayed on the websites.
 
10. Why does my uploaded picture stretch?
Your picture is stretched because of the default 160x100 pixel size for the picture. To avoid this, please make sure that the picture meets these dimensions. You may need to add some white background to the edges if you have a square picture.
 
11. I no longer want my article to be displayed, what can I do?
You can remove your article from the displayed pages by logging in to http://www.netforcemarketing.com and going to My Account section. Below your article is a button to disable the article.
 
12. What are the meanings of my ‘Article Status’?
Activation Pending: Your article is awaiting payment. Please click on the ‘Make Payment’ button and proceed to payment. It is here that you can choose to use your free one month trial.

Awaiting Approval: Your article has not been approved for publication and is currently inactive. Once it has been approved by a Race River representative it will be changed to active and be posted. This process takes around 24 hours. You will be notified via email when the articles have been approved and a list of the websites where they are posted will be displayed. It is recommended to view the articles by clicking on the links to makes sure that everything is correct.

Active: Your article is currently active and displayed on the host websites. You will receive an email notifying you of this and giving you links to the websites that are hosting your article.

Rejected: Your article has been rejected by Netforce. You will be sent an email notification of this status showing the reason for rejection. Please edit and make changes as per the reason supplied. Once the changes have been made and saved it will automatically put your article back into the approval queue. You can also view the reason by clicking on the ‘Reason’ link next to the article status when logged into the website.

Expired: You article has passed the paid expiry date and is currently inactive. You will need to make a payment to reactivate. You will be sent an email notifying you of this status.

Disabled: Your article has been disabled by a user or owner of the article. To re-enable please click on the enable link below the article when logged into the website.

Suspended: Your article has been disabled by NetForce. Please contact us for more information regarding this issue.

Changes Rejected: Changes that were made by you have been rejected by Netforce and your article is currently inactive. You will be sent an email notification of this status showing the reason for rejection. Please edit and make changes as per the reason supplied. Once the changes have been made and saved it will automatically put your article back into the approval queue. You can also view the reason by clicking on the ‘Reason’ link next to the article status when logged into the website.
 
13. What are the conditions of the free one month trial?
The one month trial will only allow you to post the article on 20 websites. You are only allowed to use 1 free month as a payment option once and the supplied domain cannot already be used by anyone.

For example: if http://www.website.com/mypage has already been used by yourself or anyone it means that http://www.website.com/otherpage cannot be used as they both have the same domain name.

This option is available under 'Proceed to Checkout'
